Ms. Senka Vranicki was the architect for our beach-front 2300 sq. ft. condo renovation in Boca Raton, Florida from the project’s inception in 2020. She drew designs for the lighting, kitchen, closets and master bath including a double-sink custom vanity, wetroom and makeup-niche. She also worked closely with the General Contractor and subcontractors to assure all her plans were followed to the letter, and worked with me to select, coordinate and schedule delivery of finishing materials. Finally, we are so very grateful that with Ms. Vranicki’s expertise, our condo was thoughtfully planned and executed, and the work expedited during this very stressful COVID-19 period—we continue to be incredibly happy with the outcome!

Studio Vranicki redesigned my Victorian-era flat to create a bright and modern living space. The work encompassed everything from the initial design, to the drawings, then the specification and on through to site supervision and completion. Senka was my architect for a complete renovation of the entire first floor of an 1850s stucco house in Belsize Park.
